
It is known that gazpacho is a traditional cold Spanish dish. If you like to try something new, then you are here! It combines only fresh and natural vegetables. Spicy taste, wonderful aroma and nutrition are guaranteed!
We need:
600 g of tomatoes
2 bell peppers
200 g of fresh cucumbers
100 g of onion
2 pieces of white bread
1 chili pepper
2 cloves garlic
50 ml of vinegar
50 ml of vegetable oil
salt to taste
parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
First you need to thoroughly wash all the products and dry 2 pieces of white bread in the oven.

Put water in a saucepan on the stove and bring it to a boil. Then, cross-cut the tomatoes at the end or beginning and add them to boiling water for 1 minute. Then remove them from the water and gently remove the skin.

Send the peppers in the oven to bake for 10 minutes at 200 ° C. After removing it, carefully remove the skin and remove the grains.

Grate garlic and dried white bread, add salt and mix.

Add 50 ml of vegetable oil, stir again and set aside for a while to allow the resulting mass to infuse.

Try to cut the onion into small cubes and fill it with vinegar. Cut the tomatoes into pieces, grate the cucumber (remove the skin beforehand) and finely chop the chili peppers and parsley.

If you wish, you can also chop the parsley or leave it for the presentation. We chose both options.

All this is alternately added to the blender: first tomatoes and peppers, then hot peppers, cucumbers and parsley. Do not forget to add onions with vinegar and then bread soaked in oil.

Place the resulting tomato soup in the refrigerator to cool and infuse a bit.

On top you can decorate it with parsley leaves.
